Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after the product is delivered.
The item must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return:

1. Contact us via email at brainroticshop@gmail.com or through the store’s contact form.

2. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.

3. We will provide instructions for sending the product back.

After we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange according to your choice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
